Shelters filling up as brutal, bitter cold continues in North Texas

There’s a real sense of urgency to make sure people living on the streets have shelter in a dangerous and deadly cold snap. Emergency shelters have been packed and that’s expected to continue Monday night. NBC 5’s Candace Sweat has more.
