I took this picture Wednesday afternoon, 12/11/2024 from my backyard in south Lewisville as it rose through the trees. I was able to get some fall colors in the pic as the sun was setting.

come out and didn’t look like it was going to look like it’s going to rain
then all of a sudden the Sun opened up on the tree so here’s a better shot
in case you want to use them.

I bought this oak tree as a 2 and 1/2 ft tall stick in a pot from home
Depot about 18 years ago. It’s now 30 ft tall and it spans 3 yards in the
corner and got plenty of acorns for the squirrels every year almost a
bushel and a half.
