The fall foliage in Texas is always a delight to see, even when it shows up a little late. This moment was captured at a park in Farmers Branch. Thanks,

Howdy,
I took this picture Wednesday afternoon, 12/11/2024 from my backyard in south Lewisville as it rose through the trees. I was able to get some fall colors in the pic as the sun was setting.

This is Greg O’Hare again, I got a better shot I was waiting for the sun to
come out and didn’t look like it was going to look like it’s going to rain
then all of a sudden the Sun opened up on the tree so here’s a better shot
in case you want to use them.
Merry Christmas to you all! ♥️

I bought this oak tree as a 2 and 1/2 ft tall stick in a pot from home
Depot about 18 years ago. It’s now 30 ft tall and it spans 3 yards in the
corner and got plenty of acorns for the squirrels every year almost a
bushel and a half.
