NBC 5 Forecast: Turning warmer before a weekend cold front

The next cold front arrives by Saturday morning with a slight chance of showers (and perhaps some thunderstorms to the east). There will be a noticeable drop in temperatures, but it won’t be too dramatic for this time of year. Basically, temperatures will return closer to normal levels, with highs in the upper 50s. The cooler weather will last through next week.
