It’s sort of a mixed bag of weather this weekend from patchy fog to warm and breezy sunshine to a possibility of storms. NBC 5 Chief Meteorologist Rick Mitchell says there will be many dry hours.
The weekend forecast will begin with cloud cover early Saturday. Sunshine will return by late morning with afternoon temperatures climbing into the 80s.
There's a slight chance for thunderstorms to develop late Saturday night, which could bring gusty winds and large hail if they develop.

WATCH HEREAnother chance of thunderstorms arrives on Sunday. While the overall coverage will be spotty, these could be severe if they get going (especially east of DFW). Be sure to remain weather aware throughout the weekend.
A brief cool-down arrives Monday with a good deal of sunshine. An unsettled pattern arrives by mid next week with several days of storm chances Wednesday into next weekend. Stay tuned!
