After a chilly start with a few frosty spots across North Texas, a seasonable afternoon is on the way. Highs this afternoon will climb into the mid 60s with plenty of sunshine.
Temperatures trend warmer for the weekend with highs soaring 10 to 15 degrees above normal. Strong south winds this weekend could occasionally gust up to 20 - 30 mph, so make sure all your outdoor holiday dΓ©cor is tightly secured.
Two fronts will arrive next week. The first pushes into North Texas on Monday with little fanfare. The second front arrives late Wednesday into Thanksgiving Day with another batch of cooler air. Right now, the best chance for any rain will be across East Texas. Stay tuned!
