A brief cool-down arrives Monday with a good deal of sunshine. Expect highs into the upper-60s to lower-70s. A breezy southerly wind will increase Tuesday's highs into the lower to mid-80s.

An unsettled weather pattern develops by mid-week with several days of rain and storm chances. Some areas of North Texas could pick up over two inches of rainfall by next weekend. Stay tuned!
