A cold front will bring a fresh batch of chilly air to North Texas today. Despite sunshine and high in the 50s, it will feel much cooler with a brisk north wind. The wind will subside by evening. Overnight temperatures will drop below freezing for most of North Texas.
The weekend will be dry and cool with highs mainly in the 50s (near normal for this time of year).
Next week will be much milder with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Monday will be dry, followed by a good chance of showers for Christmas Eve. Christmas Day will be dry and mild with highs in the upper 60s. There will be another chance of showers Thursday.
