Highs for Tuesday will reach into the upper-60s to lower-70s, even though a Pacific cold front moved across North Texas on Monday evening.
The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning until 5 p.m. for parts of Dallas County including Dallas, Irving and DFW International Airport where flights were being delayed due to weather.
Another round of showers and isolated storms are possible Tuesday night into Wednesday with a stronger cold front. This front will allow for temperatures to cool down. Seasonal highs into the mid to upper-50s will follow.
The weekend is looking dry with seasonable temperatures. Next week, Christmas Day and the beginning of Hanukkah are looking dry and relatively pleasant.
