Temperatures are trending warmer this weekend with highs soaring 10 to 15 degrees above normal. That means highs in the low 70s Saturday and upper 70s to lower 80s on Sunday. Strong south winds will occasionally gust up to 20 - 30 mph, so make sure all your outdoor holiday dΓ©cor is tightly secured.
Two fronts will arrive next week. The first pushes into North Texas on Monday with little fanfare, but it will cool us down for Monday and Tuesday. The second front arrives late Wednesday into Thanksgiving Day with another batch of cooler air. Thanksgiving will be breezy and much cooler with highs in the 50s. Right now, the best chance for any rain will be across East Texas. Stay tuned!
