After a foggy start, Friday afternoon will bring sunshine and a nice warm up. Highs this afternoon climb to near 70 degrees.
Saturday will be interesting as scattered showers and storms are again expected to develop. While the DFW area will stay dry, areas to the east will see another round of stormy weather.
Our above-normal temperature trend will continue through the weekend and the start of next week. But a cold front will drop temperatures by New Year's Eve, with cool weather sticking around as we begin 2025.
