NBC 5 Forecast: Severe Storms Possible Today

The warm, humid airmass we’ve had hanging over North Texas continues today. All that low-level moisture will be the fuel for storm development by the afternoon. These storms will approach from the west during the midday hours and are expected to affect the DFW area this afternoon and evening.
