NBC 5 FORECAST: A Friday cold front will bring pleasant weather for the weekend

Friday will be warm and humid with highs in the upper 80s to around 90. A cold front will move through North Texas Friday afternoon. There will be a low chance of showers and storms with the front, mainly during the afternoon and evening. Severe weather is not expected, but any storm will produce lightning, brief downpours and gusty winds. The rain chance will end by mid Friday evening.
