Following a disappointing 2024 season that saw the club narrowly miss out on a postseason berth, the Chicago Sky have fired head coach Teresa Weatherspoon after less than a year as the club’s head coach, according to a Chicago Sun-Times report citing sources.

Angel Reese announced on social media Saturday she will miss the rest of the 2024 WNBA season with a season-ending wrist injury.

Forward Natasha Howard of the Dallas Wings broke her foot during Wednesday’s season-opening victory, and she could miss up to six weeks of action.
