Amari Cooper, WR, OAK — It's been a while since the Raiders have had much fantasy relevance, but this year, that skid appears to be over. Cooper is perhaps this year's Odell Beckham Jr. as the rookie out of Alabama has had two straight huge days and is burning veteran secondaries all over the league. He was said to be the most NFL ready offensive rookie this year, and it's coming true. Oh, and he gets a putrid Bears defense this weekend to toy with. Start him.

Dud of the Week
Eli Manning, QB, NYG — Manning has been a decent NFL quarterback this year, as he shockingly has yet to throw an interception through three games. But, he hasn't been a great fantasy quarterback despite having the best weapon in the game in Beckham. This week he gets a Bills defense that has been great, but if there's one weak link, it's the pass defense. Still, start Manning at your own risk.
