Voters hope to bring more funding to public parks

Dallas voters can decide right now in early voting whether they want more than $340 million spent on parks – with the May 4 bond election. Money towards green spaces is something we’ve seen a lot this year, and NBC 5’s Phil Prazan reports a new development.
