Roland Gutierrez concedes Democratic U.S. Senate race to Colin Allred

Texas Sen. Roland Gutierrez says he conceded his primary race for U.S. Senate Tuesday night, but told the projected winner that there are many things broken in Texas and the nation needs a ban on assault weapons.
