Lawmaker proposes changing start of school to after Labor Day

In North Texas, the school year is already in full swing. However, a lawmaker is proposing a change to make sure schools don’t start until after Labor Day. This is to help students avoid the heat. NBC 5’s Allie Spillyards explains more.
