Immigration Law SB4 explained and what it means for Texans

After nearly a week of back and forth over the state’s controversial new anti-illegal immigration law, we now know Senate Bill 4 is blocked for right now. The law would allow state and local police to arrest people they believe crossed into Texas illegally. We’ve received many questions on if that means the law only impacts people on the border. NBC 5’s Phil Prazan looks into it.
