Gov. Abbott, President Biden's battle of the border continues

Texas and the battle over the border took a front-row seat during last night’s State of the Union Address with President Biden blaming Republicans for the lack of a solution. Now, in an interview with NBC News, Texas governor Greg Abbott fired back holding the president responsible for failure. NBC 5’s Allie Spillyards has more from that conversation.
