Hegar Advances to Runoff in Democratic Primary

Combat veteran MJ Hegar advanced to a runoff after earning 25% of the vote with just over one-third of precincts reporting in the race to determine who will challenge incumbent U.S. Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) as the Democratic nominee.
