Federal Trade Commission proposing to ban ‘Junk Fees'

The Federal Trade Commission is proposing new rules to ban what it calls “Junk Fees,” which would require businesses to disclose and explain fees upfront and eliminate unnecessary fees. NBC 5 Responds spoke with the FTC Southwest region office in Dallas.
