Drivers complain of rideshare employees obstructing plates on toll roads

We’re sharing the findings from our sister station Telemundo 39 and their recent Responde investigation. Reporter Martha Minjarez looked into complaints that some rideshare drivers are mounting bicycle racks onto their vehicles to purposely obscure their license plates and earn more money by not paying tolls.
