It’s graduation season, and late spring weddings are happening. If you’re giving a gift card, be aware of a scheme targeting the balance. Police from Sacramento to Plano say they’ve seized thousands of gift cards in “gift card draining” investigations, which caught the attention of the NBC 5 Responds team.
