Miley Cyrus files to dismiss ‘Flowers' lawsuit

Miley Cyrus is facing a legal battle over her Grammy-winning song “Flowers.” She filed to dismiss charges of plagiarism brought on by Tempo Music Investments, partial owners of the Bruno Mars hit “When I Was Your Man.”
