A Florida man is accused of breaking into an 82-year-old woman's home, running around naked and trying on her clothing, NBC affiliate WESH reported.
Sylvia Garmon said she was inside her New Smyrna Beach home Tuesday when the naked man, later identified as Joseph Vaglica, entered the house through her garage door.
"I said 'Who are you?'" Garmon told WESH, before calling 911.
The frightened homeowner ran out of the house and alerted her stepson who lives next door as Vaglica streaked in and out of her home. At one point, she says he tried on some of her clothes.
"I think he probably knew he was naked and he needed some clothes, he just went in the wrong closet," she said.
Police said Vaglica, 40, appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was taken to a hospital and later booked into the Volusia County jail on a charge of burglary with assault or battery.
