Death toll rises to 125 from Hurricane Helene in Southeast US

Across the southeast, the death toll from Hurricane Helene has risen to 125. A third of those deaths have been reported in North Carolina. The western part of the state is in crisis. Highways and bridges have washed away, cutting off entire communities. NBC 5 Candace Sweat has the urgent call for help to North Texans.
