A 23-year-old woman was arrested after she allegedly stole dozens of Stanley cups worth $2,500 from a California retail store.
According to the Roseville Police Department, officers responded to reports of a theft at a store in Roseville. Employees told police they saw a woman walking out of the store with a shopping cart full of Stanley cups, without paying for them.
When workers tried to confront the woman, she refused to stop and filled the trunk of her car with the stolen merchandise, police said.
Police later spotted her vehicle and pulled the woman over. Inside her car, officers found 65 Stanley cups valued at $2,500.

"While Stanley Quenchers are all the rage, we strongly advise against turning to crime to fulfill your hydration habits," the Roseville Police Department said.
The 23-year-old Sacramento woman was arrested under suspicion of grand theft.

The brazen heist comes amid a national craze over the company's Quenchers. While Stanley has been around for over 100 years, it has recently seen a surge in popularity thanks to TikTok. A limited edition Stanley tumbler collaboration with Target sparked mayhem in store across the U.S., as buyers rushed to get the cups.
