Beginning Saturday evening all westbound lanes on Interstate Highway 635 will be closed for crews to install two large overhead signs over the main lanes.
All westbound lanes between Greenville Avenue and TI Boulevard on IH 635 will be closed from 7:00 p.m. Jul 25.
At midnight, the closures will temporarily extend to North Central Expressway to install the second sign.
Crews said to expect delays during and to find detours if possible, but they expect all lanes to reopen by Sunday, July 26 at noon.
The installation of these signs is a part of the $3.1 billion LBJ Express project, on schedule to be completed by the end of 2015.
