Uvalde parents file suit against State of Texas

Family members of the children who were gunned down at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde have announced a lawsuit against the state of Texas. It is the first suit filed since a justice department investigation into the response found “cascading failures.” NBC 5’s Allie Spillyards.
