UTA nursing student murder trial restarts

A man accused of stalking and killing a North Texas nurse is back in the court room for a second time. The first trial came to an abrupt stop in April after an alleged panic attack and comments made by the judge. It was declared as a mistrial. Now on the first day of the trial the suspect took the stand to testify.
