UNT Elevar student: ‘If I can do this, you can do this too'

We first met Jaylen Walker two years ago when he was accepted into the University of North Texas Elevar Program for students with intellectual disabilities. NBC 5’s Noelle Walker reports on how he’s hoping to inspire others like him.
