United Aspire 2030 Seeks to Improve Life for North Texans Over Next 10 Years

There’s a new campaign to improve racial equity and quality of life for North Texas. It’s called Aspire United 2030. Spearheaded by the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, NBC 5’s Vince Sims reports the goal is to achieve measurable improvements in education, health, and income in just 10 years.
