Undercover Investigation Busts Parker County Meth Ring

Investigators said 11 people have been arrested in connection with a methamphetamine distribution ring in Parker County.

The Weatherford-Parker County Special Crimes Unit said investigators in a five-month long undercover investigation arrested 11 people in a meth ring that spanned Weatherford, Fort Worth, Millsap, Aledo, and Mineral Wells. Five other individuals are also under investigation in the same operation, police said.

Investigators said an anonymous tip of meth possession and use lead to an investigation into large quantities of drugs being bought and sold in Western Lake Estates in Weatherford. From there, the drugs were spread through Tarrant, Parker, and Palo Pinto counties.

"There was a continuous stream of drugs and money being used and distributed across Palo Pinto and Tarrant Counties with the majority of the suspects switching residences within Parker County in apparent attempts to evade investigators," said SCU Commander, Lt. Mike Camp. "They used the profits from their methamphetamine distribution operation and reinvested it into their circle of further narcotics supplies and transactions."

Investigators said the suspects have been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity for the manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance, as well as other offenses that may be unrelated to the meth bust.

The suspects charged in the investigation so far were identified by investigators:

Troy Dean Delamar, AKA Shaq, 47, of Fort Worth - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Manufacture Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Delamar's bond was set at $175,000. He is currently incarcerated at the Parker County Jail.
Robert "Bobby" Rene Hardin, 52, of Weatherford - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Parole Warrant (no bond), Possession of a Controlled Substance, and two off bond warrants. Hardin's bond for the additional charges was set at $42,260. He remains incarcerated at the Parker County Jail.
Kari Michell Bickford Williams, 32, of Millsap - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, warrants for Expired Motor Vehicle Registration, No Driver's License, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and off bond for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana. Williams' bond was set at $35,088 with fines adding up to $1,083. She remains incarcerated at the Parker County Jail.
Mellissia "Missy" Deann Evan, 43, of Weatherford - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility. Evan's bond was set at $55,000. She remains at the Parker County Jail.
Marvin Eugene Williams, Jr, AKA Bubba, 40, of Weatherford - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Possession of Marijuana.Williams' bond was set at $40,750. He remains at the Parker County Jail.
Cammie Shea Roberts Cox, 37, of Weatherford - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, with warrants for No Driver's License, Violate Promise to Appear and Expired Motor Vehicle Registration. Cox's bond was set at $41,150 with $548 in fines. Cox remains at the Parker County Jail.
Donnis Rochelle Westfall Wood, 32, of Aledo - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility. Wood's bond was set at $50,000. She remains at the Parker County Jail.
Ernest Alford Colliflower, AKA Frosty, 56, of Weatherford - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. Colliflower's bond was set at $50,000. He remains at the Parker County Jail.
Melimda Kai Danley, 28, of Weatherford - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. Danley bonded out on $40,000.
Rick Eugene Todd, 52, of Weatherford - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Theft of Property. Todd's bond was set at $47,500. He remains at the Parker County Jail.
Crystal Renea Garcia, 33, AKA Southerland, of Mineral Wells - Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Manufacture Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Garcia's bond was set at $47,500. She remains at the Parker County Jail.

In a press release, Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler and Weatherford Police Chief Mike Manning said the Special Crimes Unit investigators did an outstanding job of taking a seemingly small tip and developing leads to conduct their investigation.
