Texas lawmakers may push for more restrictions in DEI law

The author of the controversial law that targets diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in Texas says lawmakers will push to go further when the Legislature meets in January. They could consider changes to university degrees, curriculum, and faculty hiring.
