Texas lawmakers look at NDAs in sexual assault cases

Lawmakers in Austin are looking to better protect child sex abuse victims by focusing on non-disclosure agreements in settlements. Victims told lawmakers that NDAs were created to protect businesses and not to cover up crimes against children.
