State expected to appeal TRO granted for man facing execution; Supreme Court denies stay

There’s been a flurry of action surrounding the effort to save a Texas man set for execution. The U.S. Supreme Court refused to stop Robert Roberson’s execution. But an Austin judge then issued a ruling calling for prison officials to delay the sentence.
