El Paso Shelters Overflow as Title 42 Remains

The Biden Administration is asking the Supreme Court to end Title 42, but the court is delaying that request until after the holidays. Thousands of people are sitting in overflowing shelters in El Paso with some now arriving in North Texas. NBC 5’s Alivia Barrera has the story.
