Death row inmate in Texas asks Supreme Court to stop his execution

Texas legislators issued a subpoena for Robert Roberson, the Palestinian man scheduled for execution tomorrow for his daughter’s death. This comes after the board of pardons and parole rejected clemency for Roberson.
