Texas marine veteran detained after Mexico trip

The family of a Texas marine veteran says he’s headed home after nearly a week in custody. They say the U.S. resident was detained at DFW airport after returning from a trip to Mexico. It was because of a crime for which he already served time. They spoke with NBC 5’s Allie Spillyards.
