TDMN Editor Rudy Bush: Felony Convictions and Serving on Boards

A past Dallas Parks board member who had two felony convictions was removed from his seat in December. Now Dallas is faced with the question, “Should a person convicted of two or more felonies be allowed to serve on public boards and commissions at Dallas City Hall?” Dallas city council members will discuss the issue Wednesday.
