Stevie Ray Vaughan Park to Open in Cockrell Hill

North Texas has turned out some groundbreaking musicians throughout its history. NBC 5’s Noelle Walker reports one of them, Stevie Ray Vaughan, is being remembered with a new park set to open in the small suburb of Cockrell Hill.
