Running police horse hits fairgoer at State Fair of Texas

A scary scene at the fair Tuesday after an out-of-control Dallas police horse collided with a fairgoer, sending them to the hospital. The officer on the horse was thrown to the ground. NBC 5’s Keenan Willard has more.
