Dress made of playing cards disqualified from State Fair art contest

A dress designed by a Collin County teenager is catching lots of attention. She spent days making it out of playing cards but when she entered it into a competition at the state fair, she was disqualified. NBC 5’s Meredith Yeomans shows us why.
