Yellow and foul-smelling water– some homeowners in Ellis County say they’re concerned about the quality of their tap water even after officials say it meets all standards. The affected neighborhood is located off Prairie Ridge Boulevard and Highway 287. Between Mansfield and Midlothian. NBC 5’s Alicia barrera reports.
