SMU spirit squad rally Mustangs ahead of first playoff appearance

SMU’s incredible football season has put a bigger spotlight on the spirit squad. This morning, fans joined the band and spirit team at Ford Stadium to send off the Mustangs to their first-ever College Football Playoff. NBC 5’s Katy Blakey caught up with the squad as they prepare to cheer on the Mustangs during this historic moment.
