School security officer fired after leaving gun belt in Arlington ISD elementary school restroom

Some parents in Arlington are outraged after an armed security officer left his gun belt in an elementary school restroom. It happened at Arlington ISD’s Jones Academy. NBC 5’s Alicia Barrera reports the weapon was found within minutes by a staff member and the officer has been fired.
