Republican Dade Phelan drops out of Texas House Speaker race

There was a dramatic turn of events in the race for Speaker of the Texas House. Beaumont Republican Dade Phelan announced he’s no longer running for a third term as speaker. Republicans are scheduled to pick their nominee for Texas House Speaker on Saturday. NBC 5 Political reporter Phil Prazan has more.
