Police say violent deadly crash involving repeat DWI suspect ‘did not have to happen'

A violent crash along busy U.S. Highway 380 in Collin County claimed the life of a wife, and mother who also served as a school nurse. Police say a suspected drunk driver with a previous DWI arrest was behind the wheel. NBC 5’s Maria Guerrero has the family’s reaction.
