Parents, community calls for transparency after GPISD Superintendent was placed on leave

Tonight, in its first meeting since the recent departure of Grand Prairie’s new Superintendent Jorge Arredondo, the School Board announced that no decisions regarding his status. Despite more than a dozen parents and community members urging the board to allow him to retain his position, the decision remains pending.
